Annual plans now include a full yearly quota
Annual pricing now fits how real hiring works. Your quota follows your team's actual rhythm, not the calendar.
Why we changed it
Hiring rarely moves in clean monthly cycles. Some months are quiet. Others fill up fast after a funding round, a reorg, or an urgent backfill. A fixed monthly quota can look tidy while still being a poor fit for how teams actually hire.
We wanted annual pricing to reflect that reality more honestly. Teams that commit to an annual plan should be able to use it around their real hiring pattern, not a made-up monthly rhythm.
What changed
The update is simple: Enhanced Flexibility. Annual plans now include a full yearly quota. If your team hires heavily in one part of the year and slows down in another, you can use your subscription around that pattern instead of planning around an artificial monthly ceiling.
This is not about clever pricing language. It is about making the plan easier to understand and fairer to use.
A better fit for real teams
We think pricing should respect how hiring actually works. Annual customers are making a longer commitment, and the product should give them room to hire on their own schedule.
That also matches how we try to build CodeSubmit more broadly. We want the platform to feel straightforward, useful, and friendly to the teams using it every day.
