Add your hiring team to an assignment

How (and why) you should add team members to an assignment

The hiring team feature can be a huge time saver! Adding members of your hiring team to an assignment will keep them up-to-date with the status of candidates who are invited to that assignment.

Before you begin, be sure that you've already invited your team members to create CodeSubmit user accounts. Once they're signed up, you can start adding them to specific assignments.

When you're ready to add team members to an assignment, select the assignment you want to work with, type the name of the user you want to add to the hiring team, and click the Add button.

That's it! Your new team member will begin receiving notifications any time a candidate completes that assignment.
