What happens when I archive a candidate?

What does it mean to "Archive" a Candidate?

Archiving a candidate is essentially scheduling their data for deletion. When you archive a candidate, we will remove their profile from the UI and mark their data for deletion within the next 6 months (or in accordance with the deletion timeline we've contractually agreed upon for your account).

Where can I view my archived candidates?

You cannot view archived candidates in the UI. The only way to "bring them back" is to email us and request that we restore that candidate's profile. Please note that we cannot guarantee retrieval once data has been marked for deletion, so it's best to write us as soon as possible if you find that you've accidentally archived a candidate.
