How is the monthly candidate quota calculated?

How we calculate the number of candidates your team has invited each month.

At CodeSubmit, each of our subscription tiers comes with an included number of candidate invites per month (the "quota").

This number is calculated by adding up the following each month:

• Number of candidates invited (in-app or via ATS) to a Take-Home Challenge or Byte
• Number of candidates who self-sign up for a Take-Home Challenge or Byte using an invite link
• Number of candidates who are invited to a CodePair session

For the purpose of calculating the quota, we consider unique email addresses as unique candidates. So, if you invite the same candidate (using the same email address) to multiple CodeSubmit interviews, we will only count them as one (1) unique candidate in the quota.

Note: Free trial accounts are still limited to three test invites total, even if the invites are sent to the same email. The unique-candidate counting feature is available on paid accounts only. If you'd like to request more trial invites, please write to us in the chat or via email.
