Viewing monthly candidate quotas

What happens when a hiring team goes over their subscription's monthly quota?

At CodeSubmit, all of our subscription plans include a quota of candidate invites per month (the "quota"):

• Startup: 15 candidates/month
• Scaleup: 30 candidates/month
• Business: 60 candidates/month

For every additional candidate invited over the monthly quota, CodeSubmit will charge a flat rate of $20 per candidate. This overage charge is reflected on the following invoice as a second line item in addition to the monthly subscription fee. If you're on an annual plan, then you'll receive an invoice for your overages at the end of each month (if you have any).

You can view how many candidates you've invited in the current month at any time. Simply select the Account tab > Company Settings and scroll down to the section which provides information about your subscription. The progress bar will reflect how many candidates you've invited this month so far in relation to your subscription quota.
